Create loans (pty]ltd con artists

We contacted createloans for a loan. Samual Goverder, at first was just slow to reply. Then he came with a story that he needs to pay R2500 as to assure that we get the the loan and that the payment will be made in 24hour time. After waiting 48 hours and still not receiving the loan money, we tried to contact him again. Only after three days did we get hold of him. His responce was that he will need R7000 because our credit rating was very low We told him that we do not have that kind of money. He then brought it down to R2500. We paid the money. Three days later we contacted him to hear what the situation was and he said the loan was approved and that he is just waiting for the money to clear so that he can pay it over. That was more thatn 2 weeks ago. Now he just does not answer the phon, relpy to email or whatsapps. He is a con artist that *****s from the needy
