Standards are slipping

When I booked in my PC all of the consultants were too busy to listen to the problem. Almost two weeks later a staff member calls me to ask what the problem is. He was rude, ill mannered and didn't listen to me at all. He told me to fetch the PC and let another company take care of it. If they had thought to hire more staff at this busy time of the year, they could have told me it is useless to leave my PC with them before I wasted two weeks of my time. I spent a whole month trying to solve the problem before taking it to them, and they couldn't even spare 5 minutes. I am a regular customer and have always been helped properly, this is the first time Created has let me down. However, the experience was so unpleasant that I probably won't make use of this company again.
