Createch Trading full of promises and excuses.

Received a quote through insurance to replace damaged cupboard in June. Paid for job in full (my mistake). Chris was organizing for cupboard to be made and was supposed to come in to install. Didn't pitch. When contacted said they made it in the wrong colour and would have to redo. Went back and forth... still no cupboards in November. Chris said he would reimburse me. Waited 3 days. Contacted him again... said he would do it that day. 1 week later still no money. Lots of promises and excuses.
