DO NOT BOOK !! TERRIBLE !

*DO NOT BOOK ! ONE STAR IS TOO MUCH !* My mother and I attended a cupcake decorating class at Create A Lot and were extremely disappointed.

The instructor spent a surprising amount of time discussing personal stories about guns, being held at gunpoint, and previous students who had walked out of her classes, rather than focusing on teaching. The atmosphere felt uncomfortable and unprofessional.

She was also very difficult to communicate with. Although questions were encouraged, responses were often sarcastic, dismissive, and condescending, making people feel uncomfortable asking for help. Her attitude and mood seemed unpredictable throughout the class, creating a tense learning environment.

Overall, we felt talked down to rather than supported. What should have been a fun and educational experience was instead uncomfortable and disappointing.

Honestly an TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!
