Customers given spoilt milk has promotional stock and customer services is pathetic

Dairy group - Creamline has the worst customer service. They have promotions and give their customers spoilt milk and when you try to contact them you receive no assistance. I called several branches with no answers, emails was sent from 20th December with no response. Eventually I got to Marilize who stated that she cannot assist me and forward my email to Leslene Ngubane and thereafter still no response. They literally have a don't care attitude and can't understand how they are still in business.
