Creality Pathetic, useless product!

Worst product i have ever used, the after sale service is none!! Company takes NO liability for any issues of their own product. Please steer clear of this product and brand. Always have excuses to not help or remedy the issue due to poor design. Been waiting three weeks now for an answer on stock in their own warehouse for an LCD screen.(Just an answer if they have stock or not) Pathetic service accompanied by a really poor product.
