No Delivery for Subscription

I have been calling this company since about June or July to find out when my delivery will be arriving to no avail. The call center agents ALWAYS tell me there's no courier for my area and that I will receive an sms with info about which post office to collect from, which I completely understand. But they never get back to me! They've debited money from my account for no reason, I always call only to be put on hold for45 minutes+ and when I send an email nobody answers! Please help me get my delivery I've been waiting months for!
