CRD Technologies Electric Fencing after sales service is shocking

Ricardo Manuel of CRD Technologies was appointed to install 100m of electric fencing on top of my wall. Final payment was insisted upon before the remote for the siren was activated. Once complete I paid the full amount from overseas. However on my return it was apparent that the aperture of the gate had been altered. On asking for it to be corrected, Ricardo firstly did not arrive when arranged and then became arrogant in his communications and denied any fault from their side. There is however photographic evidence that the gate aperture has been affected by the installation of the electric wires over the gate. No Electric Fence System Certificate of Compliance has been provided after several requests for one. This company cannot be recommended for their workmanship.
