They had my vehicle for a new motor fitment. They said in their policy they have to drive the vehicle for 500km to check for any defects. One of their technicians who was test driving my vehicle incurred a traffic fine with my vehicle. I requested a reimbur*****t for the fine and they gave me the run around till today. For a company entrusted with client vehicles and not to take accountability for their action is very ********* an unprofessional.
