CRD Car Services Hilton ************
On 15 October ’25 I took my vehicle to CRD Car Services, to have the master slave cylinder and clutch replaced. They charged me around R12,000 for this. 120km after fetching my vehicle on 18 Oct '25, the master cylinder failed. I was told a simple mounting is needed and will not take long to repair. I called (20 Oct ’25) to make sure the vehicle could go to the PMB shop to have it secured. I was then informed it would take 3 – 5 working days with my vehicle at the shop. I expressed my deep dissatisfaction with their work and asked to speak to the owner. I was refused and given an email address that I assumed was not directed at the owner. I then posted a factual review on Google reviews. Very shortly after I was contacted via Whatsapp, to inform me that they were not going to compensate the broken part and are suing me for defamation. Every fact I have recorded here is true and is backed up with Whatsapp. I am also in possession of a phone call of the receptionist insinuating that I am below average intelligence. Any evidence required will be freely given.
