What a Breath of Fresh Air this Company is in it’s dealing with their Customers Issues.

Short story.

I Bought a Can of Q 20 lubricant and when it got just below half the pressure was lost thus I couldn’t get any lubricant out.

Being a Q 20 user for many years I wrote an email to them to bring the problem to their attention. Much to my surprise I received an email back from them and a Brilliant Lady, Elena Turnbull, Business Development Manager of CRC Industries Western Cape enquired about the problem I was having.

After explaining to issue to her she made arrangements and personally brought me a two-pack replacement and a cap.

This type of service and customer relationship is Extremely rare and I appreciate all the effort and time spent sorting out the issue.

Brilliant to know there are People and Companies who Care enough to go that extra mile. Fantastic service and you have a customer for life. Really appreciate it 🙏🙏🙏
