BEWARE!!! CrazyPriceWarz are ****sters

I would like to give this “company/institute” a zero rating but it does not allow 🤦♀️🙇♀️…my experience started this a.m when I pressed “apply now” on a facebook post for the purchase of a Smeg Kettle….i completed the purchase and was supp**** with an order successful notification together with a confirmation from my bank that funds were removed…on receipt of an sms which requested confirmation of delivery address (which was unsuccessful due to the link not connecting)….i then proceeded to contact said company via email and was successfully connected to a live chat Greta…then Michelle who introduced him/herself as Mitch…who subsequently advised me that according to their records i had paid a premium subscription to a membership fee which was clearly NOT the case as all correspondence after my purchase was clearly marked as ORDER….its a pity that i cant attach these proofs as it would clearly outline why i am so disgruntled and appalled at their adamant verbatim responses and reactions of “you referenced an offer that is not within our knowledge or inventory. I regret to inform you that i cannot speculate on the circumstances surrounding it. Our information is derived solely from the data at our disposal and the procedures outlined on our website.” + “il go ahead and close your account. This completes your transaction with us, so there will be no further charges. The premium membership is still usable before 02/25/2024.\”….. im posting this as i would really like to have my funds reversed/refunded asap and would hate for other naive persons like myself to be de*****ed out of their hard earned funds under such false advertising ****s….
