Excellent customer service Neil

The customer service from the owner Neil is great, it is really good to be able to speak directly to the owner and be treated like the only customer. I had a spilt product on delivery and only opened the package 4 days later, I thought that it was going to be an uphill battle of me proving that it was spilt before I opened the box however one email to Neil and he said 'not to worry he will sent another bottle' he apologised as well. Since I am going to order other items he said he will include the replacement in that order. This is customer service and that is what people look for especially us 'car enthusiasts detailers' I will certainly keep supporting this store and hope to see more 3D products. Thank Neil. Neelchand
