CrazyDetailer Car Care Unprofessional Staff

Let me start by saying I have always been a fan of this store until the disappointment faced today. Being a loyal customer over the years, I was accustomed to knowledgable advice, professional service over and above the superior quality product range which I rave about to fellow enthusiasts. Since the launch of the DNA evolve range, I often purchased in bulk quantities. This morning I called in and spoke to an assistant named Mik requesting just one bottle of DNA leather cleaner. He was confused between the Leather Balm, erranously describing the cleaner to be an orange liquid. I then clarified that it's a purplish liquid as I had purchased before. He thereafter confirmed me he had 2 bottles in stock. He gave me a price which was double what was advertised online. Once again, he had provided me incorrect pricing to which I had to correct him. I asked him to double check as it was showing out of stock online and I was going to collect in store, to which he confirmed. For the first time at Crazy Detailer there was someone who had no clue about what they were doing and handled a query in an unprofessional manner. I told him that I was coming into store to collect. About an hour later and 45km drive, I wait to be assisted, inform him that I called regarding the leather cleaner. He then tells me it's only one and it's reserved for an online order which is already paid for. Without apology, I was then referred to an alternative product. @Neil, Pravin, let us all know if this is an upselling tactic so that your customers can be aware? Not sure if there's a threshold amount that I have to purchase at your store in order to get the customer service experience I am used to? Whilst it may not affect you at the least whether you lose my confidence and support, I do hope that your staff catch a wake up before more customers are disrespected.

Hi Nkosinhle we must sincerely apologize. Unfortunately Nic (Sales assistant) who you had spoken to only joined us a few days ago and is still in training and it not fully up to speed with the products and process. This was an honest mistake. We hope to regain your trust and loyalty in the future.
