The extra mile

<p>I was in search of four Ratan black arm chairs to complete my set and willing to drive around for it, but could not find any in the stores that I called. I wrote an email to Roberto on the website email-address to find out if any were available. Roberto called me in no time, found the chairs at a nearby store and requested the store to keep it aside for me. He then called me back again with the relevant information. Much appreciated!!
