Poor Service!

The La Lucia Crazy Plastic Store has the most appalling customer service! I spend a fortune there monthly on bird seed and I can never find a Sales Assistant to help me load the heavy 10kg bags into my trolley. I have very bad arthritis in my hands and I struggle with these bags. Last weekend, I cut my hand trying to lift the bags from the shelf into my trolley and hurt back too.

Furthermore there are never every trolleys available to use which is needed. The Sales Assistant rarely bother to go outside and bring new ones in.

The Cashiers never smile, never greet you or anything.

It makes for a very unpleasant shopping experience all round.
