Poor quality product standards. Dont touch!!!!

I bought a laundry hanging rack in march for about 450 at the jackla creek store. The rack malfunctioned the 2nd time i used it. The hinges went apart and my laundry was on the floor. I glued the hinges in an attempt to stabilise it but it gave in eventually.Last week, i took the product back to the store in jackal creek and i was told they have a 7 day return policy and they cant help me. They are essentially saying their **** **** is only credible for 7 days. The store manager said there is nothing they can do for me but they even stopped stocking the product because of customer complaints. So now what do i do with a rack that is in pieces? There was no answwr for me and they havent bothered to get in touch with me. I will never spend my money there nor advice my clients(i am a vet) to buy from their pet division as well because clearly they have quality control issues. Nothing but a west pack lite. Dont go near it!!!
