Poor customer service

On the 24th of May 2022, I visited the Crazy Plastics Store In Welkom, Free State. The stood at the party department for two minutes with no one coming to assist me, I the walked around the counter to get a single balloon. When I arrived at the cashier, I was told that I cannot purchase a balloon that is not filled with helium. Later the manager came to talk to me. When he arrived he did not introduce himself or greet me, never mind not even wearing clothing that represents the store. He told me to walk with him to the counter to go and show me the poster that they had there to say that they will not sell balloons that are not filled up. I was even willing to pay for the balloon as per the price on the self but they simply would not let me. On the 25th of May 2022 I contacted their costumer support and as of today still have not heard anything from them.
