I've been there on the 4th (yesterday) at round about 10 to 5, not sure precisely could be 5h10. What i saw was a total disgrace how the two seemingly managers talked and swore at the personnel. I was horrified, how do they justify their senior managers to speak such vial and curse words towards the workers, I will NEVER set foot in that shop again!!! Will not to go shop there EVER AGAIN will rather go to a further shop. This is bulling personnel, and shoppers can hear how they degrade the personnel, for me as a shopper its disgusting. if it was me who was being talked to like that I would loose it, curse word no F...N use and f...n useless, can't do your work. Joh I'm allergic to this shop. NEVER AGAIN. I feel sooo sorry for the personnel....
