I don't care attitude from employees

I went to buy 10 glass vases from Crazy Plastics. I asked an assistant if he would please get me a box to place the vases in, as the previous time I bought the vases they were poorly wrapped and placed in a plastic bag, which really gave no protection and when I arrived home, two of them had chipped. The assistant walked toward the back of the store then turned around and told me I would be given a box in the front of the store when I pay. After having paid I asked for a box and the floor supervisor phoned for someone to bring a box. She was told there are no boxes. She then sent someone from the front of the store, who really did not seem keen, to go and fetch a box; who also could not find a box. This is a store that has thousands of items on the shelf, delivered in boxes, yet 3 employees could not find a box. I walked to the back of the store, entered the storage area and within 2 meters after entering I found a box. Conclusion; they made no effort to find a box. There are millions of unemployed people who would give anything to have a job. Management should consider replacing these "don’t care" employees with someone who would be proud to do customer service.
