Dishonest, rude manager at Witbank branch

Whlie the cashier scanned the items 3 items' prices differ from the shelves. When I pointed it out, the manager who was standing there, rudely assisted me to the isle. He was prepared to change the paint brushes from 49-95 to 39-95 and the pom-poms from 11-99 to 9-99. He was unwilling to change the A4 white cardboard (100) 's price from 125-99 to 99-95. At the shelve he yanked out the price when I told him that I am going to fetch my phone. H laughed in my face and said I started it. The cashier pushed the items in my arms to take it along when we went to check the prices. Also did the man who assisted me in the aisles witnessed the whole story. He ( the rude manager, only known as Rui, he refused to give me more details ); afterwards talk to the man at the shelve where he pulled out the price. I tried to phone the customer care line ********** / 5325 but no one answered. I wasn't surprised to see that there was 2 complaints on hellopeter, about Rui. One specifically dati g back 2015 where he pulled the same stunt with another lady customer. He is getti g away with dishonesty for far too long. The shop has lost more than a transaction or a client today. I expect a personal apology from Rui in the least. If not, I will go to the consumer board and publish it in the paper.
