Crazy Plastics Crazy Customer service using emotional *********

First time I have ever experienced emotional manipulation at a store in South Africa in my life, I went into Crazy Plastics the Glen to purchase a few items, previously I did have good service however today I was looking for plastics spray bottles andd there were bottles priced at R11.99 which was an error however standard practice in South Africa has always been the client pays the price that it is marked at however this store said yes they will give it to me at that price and then they called the store assistant that made the error and then told me it doesnt come from their shrinkage but the assistants salary. The guy who asssisted me kept trying to make me guilty asking if I know what Karma is yet I didnt do anything wrong at all and having worked in Retail before every company has insurance for such errors and it put to their shrinkage not the store assistants salary... I left the product and walked away in tears never have I felt so humilated in a store before. The stuff is overpriced as well. I had stated maybe I am being blessed by the universe and the manager states then he is being cursed, well I hope that is true cause you dont use emotional ********* on a customer and there store is seriously overpriced. I dont see them being in business too long hopefully as it seems they are into fleecing their staff and customers
