Crazy Plastics Bedford Centre - well done!

A bouquet to Tshepo and Monique at CRAZY PLASTICS in Bedford Centre for the professional manner in which they respected my rights as a customer. After explaining professionally and cordially that the price on a given item was incorrect, they nevertheless understood that the advertised price is 'it', as far as the consumer is concerned, and I left the store with the goods I had come for AND the sense that I would happily return to the store in future.
