Cashier VS Manager fight

On Saturday we went to Crazy Plastics in Richards Bay at the Town Square center for some party supplies. While I was trying to get what I needed in that section of the store, the manager and a cashier were having an argument right in front of me. I was standing right next to the cashier - trying to look at the products, while having to move a trolley full of merchandise that was to be put on the shelves. The cashier was complaining that she had to work on a different till and was told by the manager to just do her job because her till needs to be fixed and that's how it is. My husband proceeded to ask if they could fill the balloons with helium - seeing the helium bottle right there and he was met with a very rude reply from the manager; "NO! WE DON'T DO THAT". I could not wait to get out of that store, I proceeded to the till where again I was met with a very disgruntled employee that could hardly greet me as if I were disturbing her. I dont think that I will be supporting this store in the future.
