Broken after using twice!!

I bought a “Spinning Mop” which was a hardship for me as I am a Government Old Age Pensioner but I can no longer wash my floors on my hands and knees so it was desperately needed. I used it twice and the plastic part above the mop broke in two. I am absolutely devastated and will never ever buy anything from this shop nor will I recommend Crazy Plastic to anyone.
