Bad Service

On Saturday 30 October myself, my husband and daughter was at the new store Crazy Pets @ Dainfern. We have been buying from your store for more than a year now. We use to go to your Jackal Creek Branch and since you opened in dainfern which is closer to home we decided to take a chance, but NEVER again. We were purchasing 8kg Karoo and at the till while swiping our card was unsucsesfull twice. We left and left the food as we were going to draw money and go back. When we got home and we checked our bank account we saw that the amount of R 349.00 was indeed debited from our account. Now this makes me wonder if your staff is trust worthy. My money was taken and i have NO DOG FOOD for it. Not sure what your cashier did but i demand my money back and clearly you should have security checks on your staff as they are *****ing customers money. I will return to your store for my refund. WILL NEVER SHOP FROM YOU EVER AGAIN😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
