Bad attitude from manager

I am really upset about the service I received from the Manager Leroy at your Benoni Oakfield branch. I had an complaint about the taste of you shoxbars (Caramel and Choc) as we have had previously. It tastes like soap and makes you want to vomit immediately after putting it in you mouth. Hoping after the previous complaint we had, we hoped that it would have been taken up with the supplier and replaced by now, as we always buy them and love them. The manager recons that it has been taken up with the supplier and that is what it is suppose to taste like and he tasted one that he said was lovely. The oher supervisor did not even want to taste it. The cashier did not even look surprised when I walked right back into the shop after purchasing the box. Your manager has a really bad attitude towards customers. Rest of your staff was great and friendly. I gave the box to the manager to enjoy with his family since he thinks it is so nice and left the shop. Please can you check on it and get feedback from your supplier.
