Worst Service

<p>Very unprofessional. Delivery and Service was booked for 11 to 3 for the event and was assured for. Then they said (Busi) there was confusion and they were under impression that jumping castle was needed only at 1 pm. On the event day; I was assured at 12 pm that guys are on their way to the venue . Guys only called at 135 to ask me where is the exact location. It ruined a party for kids in a way.</p> <p> </p> <p>Communication was poor and needed lot of follow up calls for the service which I never received.</p> <p>Also not even an apology call for the messup. </p>
