Very BAD customer service!!!

I bought a Trunk Bendable Lightning Cable for iPhone 5s from them and on the evening after the delivery I wanted to start using the product, but the tip that must be inserted into the phone was not appropriately secured into the cable and came out of the cable. The following morning I sent them an email with an attached picture of the damaged product and instead of being helpful they stated that it is not possible for the product to be faulty and it must be due to my negligence that the tip broke off. Not accepting the responsibility of their faulty product but giving me the customer the blame. When I gave the supplier a negative rating due to them passing the buck on the purchase site, they had the audacity to send me another email asking why I gave them a negative rating?? After they explained the refund process, but I must send the product back on my cost and only giving the refund information after 7 emails back and forth of them accusing me of negligence!!!
