No Tracking - Service is pathetic!

Placed my order on 25 July 2020. Each time I contact them they ensure it will be delivered. Their customer service is beyond terrible. And no tracking number to track the parcel - UNBELIEVABLE!!! In today's age and time one needs to be provided a tracking number. I am beyond appalled. ***.
