Never receive parcel nor refund but their name says it all

Worst complany ever to order jewelry from!!! Everything looks so promising and once you are over delivery date its over. I have made contact with them via email and to surprise the parcel that should be delivered gets shipped without a tracking number. Wonderfull so wait patiently and over a month and still waiting for nothing but meaningless emails between me and crazy factory staff. I requested a refund short over two weeks ago and guess what.......... Still no refund. So fun seeing what crazy in the businesses name means!!!! Rarher change the name to **** as it sounds more like ******** than actual business
