I`m still waiting for my products

I bought items from the website but i think my adress was incomplete (i filled only the street name and number) then i`ve tried to contact the support team , 10 days in a row i send various messages and asked for help but no one seems to care , it says that my inquiries will generally be processed within 24 hours but it`s been 10 days and i get no response from nobody , i`m really dissapointed ...
