Online shopping spam

I bought sunglasses at Crazy Deals online shopping centre on the 19th of January 2015. It was faulty and I contacted them to replace the product. They never did. I have been phoning them for the past 4 months to either replace the product or refund me as I have already done the payment for the product. After 4 months of empty promises and waiting for couriers that never arrived and promised refunds to show, I think it time to report this as a ****. They are clearly not going to replace or refund the faulty product. Thy also clearly intend to keep my money!! This is theft!! I would also like to report them to bid or buy - I see on their web-page that they also sell goods through bid or buy.
