no communication

I ordered items on the 27th of last month, the website promise to sent tracking number but nothing up to this point, what frustrates the most is the fact that one can't get hold of them. On their website they show logos of bid or buy but when you contact there's not much they can do. It's so frustrating when you ordered items and you can't follow them up
