Crazy Deals online shoppers, shop elsewhere!

This is my experience with Crazy Deals. On 01/03/15 I placed an order and promptly payed via EFT. I got a confirmation that the money was received with a reference nr. BCHYJGMWP. The website promised delivery 4-7 working days. After not receiving my parcel in that time I started phoning the cell nr provided on the website. It just rang, then I tried the nr. supp**** on the Facebook page but that just went over to voicemail. I have left messages, I have emailed and sent FB messages but no one bothered to come back to me. Eventually a Pieter answered one of the cell phones and could not really tell me why nobody bothered to get back to me. The goods were delivered via courier on 12/03/15. The Metal USB Electronic Rechargeable lighter lasted 2 days and refused to recharge. On 16/03/15 an e-mail was sent to enquiries@crazydeals and info@crazydeals attaching my invoice and proof of payment explaining the problem and ask to please arrange for the item to be picked up and either refunded or replaced. Today is the 25th and still no reply. Phones once again are left unanswered. I have been inconvenienced from day one so please just be aware of this company
