Appaling customer service

Good morning,<br> <br> I placed an order at the beginning of February 2015 and it got delivered with 3 items missing. I've been making follow ups since. They kept promising to deliver until I reached a point where I was now demanding a refund. I call Pieter on a weekly basis and he even requested my banking details which I furnished him with promptly. Now when I call him he just screams and shout at me. The latest is that he dropped the phone while I was speaking. I wanted to find out from him if I will ever get my money back from him or not so that I can stop wasting my time and money calling him and sending sms's and emails.
