Gareth 4rm Crazi bout Hair is Rude and bad service

I bought a Voucher for a Brazilian and cut for 2 ppl and tried to make an app, they where closed till 11 Jan, Then i send sms's and emails and no response. eventually i was told he cant do 2 ppl at once he can only do one after the other. this treatment is about 2hrs and he wants 2 ppl to come on seperate days. When i asked why did they say for 2 ppl if cant accomodate 2 ppl and he started getting rude and said i should call and get a refund for my voucher, better yet, he will call and say they must refund my voucher. Unprofessional. Advise ppl neva to use Crazi by hair especially Gareth whom i think is the owner.
