Poor service, poor attatude

Placed a order for a UFO Drone online and paid for it . Received a call from Fari informing me that my orderd item was out of stock but will be delivered to me in 4 weeks time. After six weeks I phoned to enquire. I was told that the item JUST came in and will be dispatched to me, which it was. The battery cover of the remote controle was not supp****. I phoned and was told to send a e-mail end include a picture of the missing part. After two day's of no reply I phoned again to be told that they are out of stock, but stock is coming in on Thursday and will be send out to me the same day. Friday morning I had to phone again, no delivery. I was told that they are trying to send out the outstanding orders before Friday, never mind that my item was ordered long ago and was to be a present and that I explained to her that this was a present and I'm leaving on holiday on Saterday. Fari promised me that she will phone me after two o'clock as soon as she spoke to he manager. Again - silence from there side. Monday morning I phoned 3 times leaving a message, no reply. Phoned again and was told that they will send it to my address as a special fever to me - sorry I paid for it. Still waiting
