Horrible service, They don't deliver, Ignore clients queries

I purchased a perfume online on www.craze-deals.co.za on date 01/07/2019 order number #20879. Delivery policy on the website is 3-5 working days. I havent received my order to date. I sent email requesting the date on which my order will be delivered to *** and ***. I got no response to date. I also called their number + (27) 11 *** which rings and no one answers. I havent got any reponse from crazedeals up to this day. Still waiting for my order to be delivered. Theres no way to even track the location of your order. Service is horrible and they just ignore their clients completely. This craze deals should be investigated and shut down possibly
