Bad service

Hi there;

I have emailed Ctaze deals for my refund which has still not been done despite them picking up the goids bought which was a watered down perfume....i purchased this on 6 July ..they picked up the item on the 9 July...and i have not been refunded the R599. This is absolutely appaling service received from an online company. Very disappointing. There is no recourse on their side..they are not reachable.
