After sales service sucks

<p>On 21 June 2016 I ordered a Hair straighner Brush from Craze deals (order 10801). On 24 June 2016 a lady called me to confirm where the brush schould be delivered and advised me that delivery will be free if in a certain area. I asked her to deliver it to Protea Hotel Tygervalley as we were there for the weekend and on 25 June 2016 the brush was delivered in working order. As I bought the brush for my daughter and on this weekend we were in Cape Town for SASAFF dance competion she only used the brush once.Back home in Oudtshoorn she used the brush once more and it worked excellently but when she tried to switch it on again , the brush did not switch on at all. I send an email on 14 July 2016 at 08:13 to ********** to inform them that the brush is faulty and to ask what to do - I got no feedback. On 18 July 2016 at 11:18 I emailed them again but no response. on 01/08/2016 I phoned ********** 015 and spoke to Sarhat who told me to send the brush to Post Office Bridgton 2092 and to email her at ********** with the tracking number. I decided that it would be safer to courier it and on 05/08/2016 I send an email to ********** asking for the physical adress as I want to courier the brush - My email was delivered sucsessfully 05/08/2016 at 08:53 but till this day I havn't heard a word further.</p> <p>Iwould like to mention that the sale and delivery of the brush was excellent but to battle like this for after sales service is really not worth while.All I want is for the brush to be delivered to the correct adress and to receive a brush that works for longer than 3 brushes.</p>
