Complete and utter ****. Do not fall for this website. Ordered a PS5 from them on the 26th of November 2020. Sent them the proof of payment and requested confirmation that they received it, received a reply from Nikita D on the same day that they have received my pop and will start processing my order shortly. On 30 November I requested the order to be canceled and on 1 December received a reply from Nikita D that I should send my banking details for the refund which I sent though on the same day. On 3 December I followed up as nothing has happened and was referred to Thabo K that my money was refunded. I requested the proof of payment but received nothing. I again tried to follow up today (7th of December 2020) but no reply received and no cash in my account. Please do not fall for these ********.
