Highly disappointing!

<p>I ordered and fully paid two pendants from Crawford & Co on 9 Ocotober 2015. One of which was supposed to be a present for my sister in law who was having her second child. Her baby is 8 months old now and still no pendants!! I mean that is ridiculous. I have been extremely patient and understanding but do not believe any of the excuses and lies anymore. I am so disappointed! I will never order anything from this company again.</p>
