Worst customer service and extremely bad food

I recently visited tye crawdaddys restaurant for the first time coz I heard how amazing the food was and when ingot there the waiters were so rude and disrespectful and there after we ordered our starters and drinks and then our food and some how they bring our food first then our starter 20 min later like what was the point in ordering a starter if it takes longer than the main meal But anyway we started eating and I ordered the calamari and squid head combo My calamari was still extremely cold on the inside and the squid head were not even cooked properly and the spinach was was still extremely cold and our drinks was Terrible We then asked for the bill and once we got the bill is showed us that there was a 10% added on for the waiters tip but the waiters insisted that the tips do not go to them it goes to the company and if I want to tip I have to add on to what they already charged me

My overall experience at crawdaddys is awful and I would never recommend anyone to go there and sorry but it is Crawdaddys in tzaneen limpopo the worst customer service and the worst food that I eaten and bear in mind by bill came up to R1450 just for myself and my wife and 1 child aged 3 so R1450 down the drain
