Rude staff and horrible service

I was recently booked it Hotel @ Tzaneen which serves its breakfast through Craw daddy's Tzaneen. The horrible service and rude comments I experienced by the staff was really aphauling. The manager has a preference for his regulars and even when I asked to speak to him he never made the time. It is the second time that I have had breakfast here and both times the service and food left a lot to be desired. I wouldnt reccomend this place to anyone.
