Last straw Management glitch

It seems like everytime we visit this place it gets worse. The first time we went there they were fairly new so I thought maybe they are experiencing some teething issues, so I let it slide.. there was a piece of deep fried calamari in my 3year old's chicken strips which was reported to management and was nonchlantly removed from between the chicken strips and she was expected to carry on eating as if nothing happened.. even after I stated that we don't eat calamari in my family. Second time we were there for a late lunch, the place wasn't even busy so there was zero excuse for the useless service we received. The waitress was squarely to blame for this as she was more interested in socialising with the other waiters than bringing out our order , which was standing on the kitchen counter for about half an hour. After a complaint to the manager all he did basically, was shrug his shoulders and I was lucky enough to get a well rehe****d apology.. that's it. Today we were there again, as if we never learn, and low and behold, same **** different day.. after a round of drinks we placed an order for starters which came out and I thought, hey there is a light at the end of this tunnel after all.. my mistake.. main course order was placed and after a wait of around 45min we enquired about the long wait and the waitress then told us that the kitchen had lost our order slip and that our food will be out in the next 20 minutes.. she could have told us that when she was made aware of the fact, but no we had to ask. When the mains finally came out it was cold. By this time my wife is fuming and she goes to inform a manager, unfortunately for her she informs a plank of a manager who barely looks legal drinking age, who comes to our table and recites his rehe****d apology leaving us feeling colder than the meat, he then offers to heat up my wife's steak (which would have left it overdone), afraid that he might just stick it in the microwave, she declined whereafter he asks if we want to buy some more drinks.. after an awkward silence I said no thank you and he left us, probably feeling like he averted a major disaster cause god forbid he grills her another steak and offer a sincere apology... I will not be making the mistake of going there again.
