Management That dont Give a Dam

I wrote the email below about a very Bad time we had there in jean Ave but as yet no response <br> <br> Very poor by Management and I would recommended no one goes there as they only care about Bottom Line and not about customers have written 5 emails with no responses expect one week excuse <br> <br> To Whom it may Concern. (Manager/Owner @Ease Centre )<br> <br> My Name is Myron Saacks.<br> <br> I went with My Wife to celebrate a special occasion to your Branch off Jean Ave and the @ Ease Centre.<br> <br> I live in The Sothern Suburbs of JHB so to get to your establishment is around an Hour of Travel for <br> us and we were so Looking forward.<br> <br> We have 2 Small Boys 1 yr. 6 Months and 2 - 6 months so you can imagine top keep these little guys under control to have a good meal is a task on its own.<br> <br> We spent around R600 there a lot for us a lot and I usually wouldn't complain but this warrants one .<br> <br> It took almost 30 Minutes after the Kids had eaten already and were now becoming Tired and Cranky and wanting to be up an about before we decided it was taking way too long and we asked our waiter to give us Take Aways instead as we could not keep the boys in the chairs we felt we would have better luck eating at home.<br> <br>
