incapable to manage bookings and terrible hosting

At 11h55 we gave up our names at the host to be seated and requested a table for 5 adults and 2 children.The host took our cellnumber.We waited for an hour and half and eventually left.We sat next door at Aroma restaurant having a drink while we waited for a table.We went to check up on our table 4 times and the host just kept on replying that we must wait another 20 min because people are'sneaking in from the playroom area and he cannot control that?? We left eventually without telling him and never got phoned back.Terrible service and hosting skills.
