Horrible food, and feedback

I went to Crawdaddy;s with my husband to celebrate the purchase of his first house. I sent a email almost 10 days ago, and to this day still no feedback. Herewith the email I sent and the complaint:

I always love going to Crawdaddy's. The food is always good, the service is usaully outstanding.

But last night I was really disappointed. We went to have the burger special at your Trichardt branch. I ordered my burger not to have any trimmings on, specifically no tomato sauce or any other sauce. And I ordered cheese sauce extra. My burger came and it had tomato sauce, mayonnaise and tomato's on.

We waited over 40minutes for our food. The food was not warm. The waiter barely came to our table. Then our bill came and the waiter put a sauce burger on and not the burger special with extra cheese sauce.

I did not even want to eat my burger because the tomato sauce on it was spoiling the burger. I absolutely hate tomato sauce, but I had a very busy day at work and had no time to eat. So by the time we got our food after the long wait I was already so hungry and did not want to wait much longer. And just eated my food.

As a regular customer, I feel like this is not up to standard. And really not acceptable. If a customer ask not to put something on their food, there is a reason they ask for it. And if it is then put on their food, it spoils the whole meal
