Crawdaddy's Secunda (Trichardt) - Excellent service even before dining out

Firstly, having eaten there before, the food is great, the atmosphere is delightful and (what most people don't realize is very important), management (the franchise owner) is very involved. We have a reservation for today at lunchtime, and booked our table for the entire family and our little 2 month old girl on the deck as we assumed there would be pleasant weather. We received a call from the manager this morning saying that there is a rather strong wind today, and for the sake of the baby, whether they shouldn't rather relocate us to an inside table? This level of detail is greatly appreciated and already ties-in with my other great dining experience at this particular Crawdaddy's. Colour me impressed!
